This is a Kromlech "Rotten Butcher" AKA: Great Unclean One

He was a blast to paint. I used a few different techniques: airbrush,drybrush,heavy washes, and some chipping. I wanted a more realistic effect on this beast!

Brains for the brain god

It is done. After a huge final push to prep for AdeptiCon....I finally finished this Chaos army!

The army features 110 zombies, 40 traitor guard, and all those fun vehicles. This force features a very competitive grouping of models, ranging from the super nasty hell drakes to endless hordes of zombies.

It can be played at 2000 points and 1850 points very effectively but it also scales back to 1500 points. I painted 2 manticores in case I ever switch to Imperial Guard as the primary detachment over Chaos in smaller games. Soul Drinkers part 1

This is the first part of a very large commission. We chose an alternate take on “soul drinkers” . The army is going to be a “counts-as” space marine army capable of playing as SM,BT, and any combination in between. Enjoy the pics!

Here Is a preview of my new color scheme for my WIP chaos army. I have chosen the brightest possible greens and hope to apply this exact level of brightness to 110 plague zombies. I will also have to apply it to vehicles, including but not limited to Hell Drake's. I am happy with the contrast and brightness of these colors and look forward to painting an entire army this way.
